Scan, and your email is already written
Open Contact, the last item in Astrape's sidebar. Scan the code with your phone: it opens an email to us with your app and tvOS versions, Apple TV model, network and HDR settings filled in. You can read and change it before you send it.
A video won't play?
Send a Problem Report
Choose Send a Problem Report when a video can’t play, or in Media Info. You see exactly what it sends before you press Send, and it holds no file names. Once it’s sent you get a short code like K7M2-9QX4. The email from the Contact page includes your last three codes, so we can find your report without you describing the file.
